Following your letter of intent, a detailed specification and an optimum programme are structured to ensure minimum disruption and maximum productivity.

PLANNING

Planning and building regulation applications are submitted by our in-house design team and structural engineer.

HEALTH & SAFETY

We have the capacity and knowledge needed to undertake the roles of designer, planning supervisor and principal contractor for the purpose of Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 1999 (CDM).

CONSTRUCTION

Following all necessary approvals, construction commences, from initial ground works and foundations to steel and cladding through to mechanical and electrical installation, office fit out and decoration.
