A £1.1m project comprising the design and construction of a new 15,000ft², 16m high extension to the existing warehouse with DM1 floor slab together with concrete service yards for lorry loading and parking. The construction took place around Utopias operations ensuring they were able to fully utilise the existing warehouse throughout the 18 week contract period.
